We stayed at the Victoria Hoi An Resort & Spa for 5 nights in November 2025. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. This was the last stop on a three week visit to Viet Nam. We had stayed in some exceptional hotels in Hanoi, Hue and Lang Co and the Victoria did not disappoint as the final choice of accommodation. We have visited Hoi An a couple of times and having stayed nearby to the old town previously, decided to try the locality of Cua Dai beach. Our beachfront villa was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. We were almost on the beach ! The hotel grounds were immaculately kept. The pool area was very inviting and, despite the weather, we managed a swim in the pool. Breakfast was plentiful and had a lot of variety. The pho ga was excellent. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and welcoming. Suong (?) and Diem at reception were lovely to deal with and very helpful. At breakfast our new friend, Cuc was a joy to spend time with. Always having our interests at heart and always willing to attend to our needs or have a chat, Cuc was a delight. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and enjoyed a couple of great spa treatments at the in-house spa. The therapists were very skilled. We would return to this hotel tomorrow!
