Sea Phoenix Hotel Da Nang 

It's not the most luxurious hotel in the world, but it's fine if you're looking for a budget accommodation near the beach and a large, spacious room with windows that open and overlook the city and the sea. Even on the eighth floor where I was, you can hear the noise of cars from the street, but it didn't bother me. You get used to it. The mattress on the bed is soft, which is very important to me and I was able to sleep well. The rooms are cleaned every day. WIFI works well. So does the air conditioning. There is also a kettle in the room. TV and a safe. The swimming pool on the top floor is good. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach (just cross the main street). I didn't like the breakfast and I think it could be better. I've only been once. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is located on the other side of the river from the city center. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the tourist street with cafes and restaurants. I didn't like that the elevator used to smell strange. And worst of all, at the entrance to the hotel I saw huge, but huge rats several times (they looked like puppy dogs). But such scenes are common in Vietnam. The hotel staff is powerless there. In front of the hotel there is an excellent restaurant with local food and it is very good and cheap. All in all, I felt good at the hotel and I would come again. I chose it by chance after I cancelled my room at the Palazzo Hotel where the room was terrible. I went from hotel to hotel with my suitcase and checked the rooms and decided on the Sea Phoenix. The hotel is really not bad and deserves a higher rating. While reading reviews of hotels in Da Nang, I came across many comments about people experiencing thefts in the hotel or the room not matching the photos, so study carefully which accommodation you choose.
