Excellent staff provides a clean relaxing stay!

Great stay, excellent front desk service!

Very great location in the area, and the Inn had a wonderful grounds.

Our overall experience was great. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and it was comfortable. Our room was on the backside of the highway so noise was minimal. When we go back to visit our children and grandchildren we will be staying again.

The person who checked me in was friendly and very helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience

We were greeted by a friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable receptionist. Our room was ready for us upon arrival. It was called an "accommodation" room for handicapped guests, however, the beds were both high-rise style, making it extremely hard for a wheelchair bound person to climb up an into. Also, there was not a walk-in shower, which was a disappointment. On the plus side, my daughter enjoyed using the hot tub and swimming pool very much. I appreciated the maid service too.

It was a nice place and was very clean.  Not a lot of extras, but breakfast snacks were nice.  We were going to the Skunk Train and Willett does not have a lot of lodging choices. The only comment I have is that the place was relatively empty for a mid-week visit and they placed us directly under two occupied 2nd-floor rooms that echoed Thumpa Thump until late at night and early in the morning.  I suppose you don't get much for 130 a night anymore.

Nice and central located

This used to be a Super 8, where I have stayed numerous times during the last 10 years. It looks a bit nicer now. The rooms have some upgrades.  Breakfast ran from 8 - 10 am, which was too late (I was told when I checked in that these were winter hours). It would’ve been nice to grab a bite, but I left at 7 am. Most hotels start breakfast at 6 am. Also, lobby was closed at 7 am, and there was no key drop.

This was a cute little motel that seemed renovated :) we were passing through and it was the perfect stopFor us! Room was clean and spacious , the staff was so AMAZING ! They provided us ideas on where to eat near by and where to go for site seeing. I also left my prescription glasses in our room and they were so kind to mail them to me . Truly the best staff !

The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The TV remote didn't seem to be working properly at first, but we figured out there was an infrared sensor for the remote that had fallen on the floor. The hot tub was very relaxing and the pool was refreshing (though both had some leaves that had drifted in). Breakfast was pretty standard--cereal, instant oatmeal, Keurig coffee, juice, and a very funny tiny pancake machine that sounded like a 3D printer. The fountain in the courtyard was very relaxing to sit by in the evening. I got a text message from the property ordering to suggest dining and activity ideas, which were both very helpful. I also loved the art above the beds. It was different in each room. Our room had a huge portrait of a horse. We also saw one room with steam locomotives and another with a lighthouse I think. Very cool. One drawback was the front desk staff had a heavy accent so he was a bit difficult to understand. Another challenge was that the light right out side the room shined in above the "blackout" curtain, so my husband and I kept waking up at night. Overall it was a nice stay for a reasonable price.

Creekside Inn is an excellent choice for a stay in Willits, CA. The entire property is very clean with large comfortable rooms. The staff that we encountered were courteous and well informed. The only negative is the rooms are rather dimly lit. We have experienced many rooms with less than adequate lighting. My wife has limited vision and we always bring a good clamp on light with us. Problem solved.

We had a great experience.. Staff was excellent.. Room was clean n had a nice experience.. We rented out room with three beds. Two with queen bed and one full for the kids (5 people). Needs attention on thw towel area. Towel was way to small. Seems like it was kids towel. Didn't explore the surroundings, but we did slept well... I would use this hotel again when i am back in town.

Me and my family enjoy a nice quiet comfortable night and the creekside inn, big room with king size beds, also had a smoking area so i could smoke a cigar, meanwhile my kids and pug could hang out by the pool and jacuzzi. I would highly recommend for anyone on vacation, that just needs sometime to relax. 10 stars

Unlike many South Asian-owned lodging properties, this one is well managed and much attention is given to customer comfort. "Zu," the afternoon desk clerk was welcoming and helpful and the evening clerk was helpful. Additionally, we were granted a late checkout time upon request the following morning. We slept undisturbed and the room was well appointed and supplied with all the basics we required.

I would stay here again anytime. We were here for a week and had zero issues. It would be nice if their complimentary breakfast was available a little earlier as it seemed that most people left before it opened. The outside lighting seemed to make our room glow even with the blackout curtains closed up but that is probably a me issue in liking a fully dark room when sleeping.
