Stay Inn and Suites

We were happy to have stayed at this motel just a few miles from the falls. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we can't really complain about anything - our room was basic but clean and we enjoyed our stay.

I had an overall pleasant experience at this hotel (Except for the fact that my room keys were not handed to me for check in for almost an hour, which i dint mind much as i instead of waiting left my backpack in the hotels luggage room and went for a stroll near the waterfall). I had booked a Standard room with 2 Queen beds - 

Pros : 
- Great location - Just 10 mins walk to the Waterfall. Hard Rock Cafe and other restaurants around. 
- View from my room (Canadian Sky line) 
- The beds were clean and neatly done. Bathroom had a bathtub and was clean too. 
- The room had a free Wifi, Flat screen Tv, Coffee machine, Hair dryer , Ironing table , Clothes hangers.
- A swimming pool (It looked good but I dint get a chance to use it)
- Hot water was quickly available in the bathroom. 
- Vending machines for Snacks and Drinks in the lobby

Cons : 
- No Fridge inside the Room (Which dint bother me as i did not need it).
- No free breakfast (but have a restaurant that served a variety of dishes)

I am never a true believer in spending so much on hotels where I just have to spend a night. Except it should be clean and hygienic and I got that. Though I spent over $110 but I guess its because of Niagara falls otherwise it is not worth more than 50-60 bucks. Surprise to see the hotel was running by chines couple. Otherwise, it was always some Indian couple across the USA [ Okay I generalized that and I am an Indian too ;) but that’s a fact too ]. 

The owner was kind and he allowed us for an extra guest. We asked for an iron and a couple of things and he happily obliged that.
Room was clean, we checked bedsheet, under the bed ( normal precautionary step :P ) and it was all okay. It's the countryside so I heard the rooster crowing after ages in the morning. Oh, it felt so good. Campus and around was very peaceful. 
Niagara Falls is 11 miles from here so it was a good bet for us. Check in & out was easy. It's not fancy but it's good.

I spent there 2 nights while visiting Niagara falls. The rooms are clean, they have microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer. The Wi-Fi is free but the connection can be improved. Good if you have to visit Niagara falls, it's only 15 minutes away.

Clean, affordable.. good for one night stay

Super friendly staff, close to the falls

Cheap but clean

After spending 4 nights at Stay Inn and Suites, I have the following comments:
 
No phone
No clock
No coffee
No Kleenex
No ice
No deadbolt on door
No light over bathroom mirror
Poor light in room
Curtains only open about 10 inches—dark room
No clean towel unless go to office
No automatic room service
 
Even low cost motels offer more than this place.
 
The room was clean.  That is the only plus.  Would NEVER come back again.
 
My husband left things out of his evaluation.
