I visited this location with my team for a meeting/training class. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are clean. I am sure I will miss names but the staff is wonderful. Michele and Ricky at the desk are always the most helpful and friendly during our stays. They always have food recommendations as well as things to do for me during my visits. Night auditor Fady assisted me in finding boxes that were shipped and so friendly. Jolie at the restaurant bar area is a breath of fresh air. A big thank you to the drivers Jean and Alex for being so helpful with luggage and ontime. I did not get housekeeping service this time but the room was clean and no issues. A big shoutout to meetings/banquets for Ainsworth and a welcome greet from Marical. This staff is what makes this the best property to stay out and why guests return as well as companies. They make sure everything is taken care of and its an enjoyable stay every single time. Thank you and we will be returning soon.
