I have stayed at the Park Inn Sharon, PA before, and I’m glad to say things have changed a lot for the better. The old employees were honestly a big problem. TJ was the worst—anytime there was a complaint, he would just say “I’ll take care of that tomorrow” and nothing ever got done. Alicia, the lady with purple hair, was very strange and often talking to herself instead of helping guests. Catrine looked like she was 75 but tried to act 25, and overall none of them were professional. Thankfully, those people are no longer here, and the difference is night and day. The new staff is professional, respectful, and welcoming. They actually care about the guests and make sure things are handled properly. On top of that, the property is undergoing major improvements that make the stay much more comfortable. Because of these changes, I feel confident bringing my team of 20 workers back to stay here. It’s finally moving in the right direction, and I’m excited to see even more improvements.
