On our recent stay, my daughter mentioned that the room smelled like fresh laundry and that made her feel comfortable about her bed.  Check in was easy, everything was clean.  Our room had laminate floors, which feels cleaner.  Plenty of towels and soap, and a couple of single use packets of shampoo were in the very spacious bathroom.  There was a fridge and microwave in the room.  Keep in mind this hotel is right on the freeway, so you will hear trucks going by in the night.  It is not a sketchy location, but still right on the highway.  Very convenient, but not as secure feeling.
For a budget price this hotel was a great find!

The property faces the freeway, but we took "White noise machine" and the traffic did not bother us.  The bathroom is large and the room is clean and smells good. The property is older, but the price is right!  General manager was very helpful

The rooms are comfortable. The staff is friendly. Bathroom is pretty big compared to most. Gas station across the street as well as a sonic. The only complaint one could have is the freeway noise. But that isn't really the motels fault. And if you are in the room it doesn't really come through. They definitely seem to take care of the place. I would stay here again if in the area.

My main issue was with the cleanliness. The bedside table wand lamp were dirty, as was the bathroom floor. But the towels sparkled they were so clean. Also nothing electrical worked (tv, lamp, fridge, etc.) until we found the switch labeled PLUG and turned it on. Would’ve been good to know.

Great price, great family that runs the place. Huge bathroom, very clean. Noisy air conditioner and lots of Interstate noise. After a couple of nights the room had an overwhelming stale cigarette smell. No pets allowed. If you can't get up and down stairs this hotel may not be for you as all rooms are 2 and 3 up. 

This was a very good deal price-wise.  The room was large, as was the bathroom.  Everything was clean- very clean.  Our particular room was quite separate from others, and as such, quite quiet.  The price made it great!  I'd say the only down side was the size of the bath towels!  Bring some of your own or ask for extra if you come.  These things are about the size of postage stamps!
