We stayed for one night with our son who has mild cerebral palsy and service dog Maggie. The staff was super friendly and welcoming !  Kyle was very polite and helpful and I was so impressed with  how he discreetly acknowledged my son’s disability and showed genuine compassion and concern for his safety in entering the soakers.

This is a historic property with a ton of character. We were greeted warmly and given a tour of the baths and common areas. Each room is uniquely decorated, so you are not just staying at a "hotel", it is a New Mexico cultural experience.There were an abundance of available lounging areas, and the hot springs baths are private and serene. The location is perfect for immersing yourself in the heart of the old west town. There are shops, galleries, restaurants and cafes, and it is convenient to Elephant Butte. Highly recommend!!

It’s a really cool old building.  Part of the charm is that it’s not like a typical hotel room.  I’ve stayed here twice, love the aqua room.

Good for the money because of the hot springs the bathrooms are very tiny the bed was supposed to be a queen size and it probably was but it was still tiny and very used but it was overall a very good experience

Kyle, the site manager, was gracious, kind, personable, extremely courteous. He absolutely made this stay for my brother and me. We will definitely return.

I love an old motel! We had such a great stay here. Yes, it is old, so plan on that when booking, but we loved its charm! Our room was quiet, and everyone staying there had a great vibe and was courteous. The staff was super helpful and friendly. If you want to soak, this is a great place to stay because you can do it for free! They clearly explained that only one tub could be filled up at a time and that it was first come, first served, so get on the list early.

I got the PAM apartment which is right on Main Street. The traffic noise didn't bother me at all. It was very comfortable. There is heat and air conditioning. It has a kitchen and bathroom and it's within walking distance of downtown Broadway shops and restaurants. I loved the outdoor shower on the patio. Would stay here again.

Happy to Find a Great Stay

We absolutely LOVED the rooms we rented. We stayed in the Long Room and the mandarin. Both were fantastic, the only downside is my mother is allergic to cats and she had an allergic reaction once she played on the bed. I later found out they do allow cats in the rooms so that was a bummer for momma. Aside from that everything was AMAZING!

I have stayed here before and absolutely love it. The rooms in the Pink Pelican are so unique and charming. Each room has its own "theme" and layout so its always a new experience with each stay.The hours for soaking in the spa are a very reasonable. You can even get in for a soak the day of check-out.While they didnt offer breakfast there is usually a fresh pot of coffee in the lobby area. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance or a short driving distance.The staff is super friendly, the rooms and property are clean and well maintained The only minor complaint but it wasn't a big deal for me was that the walls are pretty thin and you can hear your "neighbors"T or C is a great town and Im looking forward to going back and staying at the Pelican Inn again

The soaking spa area was within the lobby area for check in/out as well as sign in for spa. Only 1 room in pelican has an indoor spa soak tub. Some rooms have showers outside in an inclosed backyard"ish" area, water is hot so i like being cold and showering outside. Best location to walk almost around the whole town. 1m walk to passion pie for breakfast. 1m walk to museum, post office.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, but definitely showed it's age. I appreciated having a kitchenette in the room; my husband and I bought frozen vegan meals with us, so it was nice to have a fridge to store them in and a microwave to warm them up. The bed was comfortable, but thank goodness we had eye masks because the light across the street streamed into the room. The mineral baths were nice, and are free with motel stay. There was a little wait each time we soaked due to only one tub could be filled at a time; though it wasn't ever more than 15 minute wait each time. Overall it was a good experience.

Not a lot of bells and whistle, but nice.

This is my second stay. The property is so cute! Totally my style kitschy and with a vintage feel. The area around is quiet and safe. The tubs to use are first come first serve and I preferred them to the more expensive location we also had day use at. I feel the only downside for me was the beds and pillows weren’t comfortable and the floor in Room 6 (second floor) was so loud. I felt bad for the people below us.When I come back I will try a room attached to the office property.In total it’s cute! I love staying there!

No hot water in shower and no water out of the sink cold water side .  I have never stayed somewhere with a toilet room that was so small you couldn’t close the door so you sat looking at the refrigerator and stove.  No bathroom privacy.  Room was very eclectic in decoration which was unique.  It was an adventure.  The room was clean and cheerful.
