Great Value Inn Live Oak

I've been here for 3 months now. You can't get a better deal than this! Weekly rate is one of the best in the city...I bring my own towels and sheets and I clean my own room so I have no complaints about the housekeeping or cleanliness. Maintenance is always swift and thorough.. any issues Ive had have been taken care of. The front desk lady is very sweet and friendly.. and more than accommodating anytime! Whether I need another key cuz I left mine in my room or when I have any questions. she calls the day before rent day so I don't forget and I really appreciate that! It's fairly quiet the hallways are always clean and the security is great they pay attention to the cameras and swiftly handly anyone who's not supposed to be here while also allowing for privacy of guests and their visitors..there's a full size refrigerator which anyone who lives in extended stays knows is essential!! It's got a good location not many homeless people around or people just loitering close by like some extended stays. My neighbors are friendly! I don't worry about the security of me or my belongings even having to make multiple trips upstairs while leaving stuff on the first floor...theres several restaurants within walking distance..and it's close to shopping. Its in a good neighborhood close to a hospital. Is it a luxury resort? No, but for what it is it's exactly what it should be! I love it here and don't plan on leaving any time soon!
