Friendly people, clean comfortable rooms, fridgerator with freezer, microwave, fast wifi and Direct TV.

We had wonderful service and a nice quiet and clean place ro stay.

Come on 1 pk coffee 1 pk shampoo for 2 people  in room

Very clean room.  No noise. Mattress was very comfortable - great sleep.  Large selection of channels on TV.  Professional and Personable staff.

Friendly service, clean and affordable room

I was driving from Colorado to Houston and had some car issues so decided to stop in Bowie.  Glad I did.  The motel was comfortable, felt safe, and the owner(?) was very helpful.  He gave me the name of a mechanic to check in with in the morning.

Great staff, cute and cozy and have stayed a few times. Great value

Always clean with friendly people. I stay at Parks Inn Bowie several times a year.

No frills motel perfectly priced for a place to sleep.  Comfortable bed, ac worked perfectly considering how hot it was, tv with a lot of channels, mini frig, and microwave. Only negative was the light fixture in the bathroom was full of dead bugs.  Even with that I would stay here again for the price.

One night stay...

After having a long drive, it was nice to rest and sleep in a place that was clean, quiet and inexpensive. It is an older hotel/motel, but the bedding and bed were super clean and comfortable. The towels were small, thin and older, but were still clean. The outside of the building is old, but again, once you go inside your room, it has been updated with newer laminate flooring and it is clean. Furniture is all old as well. This place is a great option when you’re passing through for one night.

It's. Beyond me how people can rate this motel "fabulous" and "excellent." The property is totally dated, doesn't offer a breakfast, the room was dark, the towels were small and certain ly not plush, and the handsoap was the tiniest I r seen in years. Still, the cost with tax was right at $70 in a tiny place in Texas. So what's fabulous a out that? It was clean, and the bed was a bed. It's a place to stay overnight, and nothing more.

A motel, nothing more

1st time staying at this motel, i using drive down to Decatur Tx. to stay at a Hotel while selling as a vendor in Bowie tx. I had my doubts but was too tire to drive this time and tried out Park's Inn motel and was VERY impressed of how Clean my room was. Definitely will be staying at this location each month. Thank You staff for a Great Clean room and visit.

Cleaned Room & Great Service

It was very clean and tidy.  There was a problem of small bugs like gnats and it could have been the weather & Texas - they kept coming in and were in window and corner of bathtub, but no complaints.  Owner very helpful & gave us local information & restaurants and fixed our TV.  Very good place to stay.

Curiosity let me to check them out on TripAdvisor as we drove through Bowie. I love mom and pop motels. For months, we had been commuting from Central Texas to West Texas to care for my very ill mil. We had been staying in Decatur. More curious by the great reviews. Not totally convinced, we stopped, met the owners. Looked at a room. Very pleasantly surprised. The next weekend, we booked a night and were 100% satisfied. Non-smoking room was ready, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, great shower. This is no frills but perfectly comfy. The price can’t be beat. The owners were very hospitable and worked with us as we didn’t know exactly when we were coming/going. My mil passed and we will no longer be heading that way. But, if we ever do, we are no doubt staying again. I can’t thank them enough for making a very hard time much easier. The cafe next door had an amazing breakfast too!

Don’t pass this by

Looked like a place to try. Sorry we couldn't, but we are not accustomed to paying extra for our dogs, except in rare cases as refundable deposits. In our case with two small, well behaved dogs [who neither barked nor made any messes or damage] that was $30 I would choose not to pay.

I thought it worth pointing out here so it's easy for people to see in advance. I do see that this fee is noted on the page in small print but I have a feeling we're not the only ones who might see 'pet friendly' and make the wrong assumption!

Dogs $15 each, nonrefundable--we passed this one up.

We were in town for a quick visit with family.  The motor court was like stepping back into the 1950’s complete with the handwritten registration card.

The rooms have been painted and with new fixtures. (Not pictured was 2nd double). Our room was surprisingly large and extremely clean.  

We will book again later this fall!
