Room looked clean but had an slight odor. The A/C unit barely worked and you could see outside if you stood in front of it. The bathroom shower unit has moldy and very out dated.  If my husband hadn't been ill we wouldn't have stayed here ever!!  The staff was friendly, they did have a washer & dryer for the public to use and a breakfast area, we didn't use either.  They had beverage and snack machines.

Would be hard pressed to stay here again.

The room was fine. Check in was good. Check out there was no concern about the mess in the bath tub. The night clerk was going to discuss it with the manager. She agreed it was gross. And I didn’t push her to make it right as I thought the manager would be contacting me. But to date not a word.

Staff were pleasant. Motel allowed smoking in some rooms which made the entire first floor of facility smell like smoke. The room was musty smelling and did not get better even with air conditioner running. Could not open window for fresh air. Breakfast selections were not great for the price paid for the room. 

One night in Aberdeen

Was not very clean and smelled of mildew. We could not stay the last night because a couple of the kids got sick and had bloody nose. Was close to where we were visiting. We had someone handicapped and needed a scooter. You had steps and was not convenient 

South Dakota trip

Good rate and service.  Clean functional rooms.  Some upgrades to breakfast and room AC units would be nice..  Please give the guests more than 2 pillows.  Our AC was not functioning properly and needed service.

Good place to stay on a budget.

Older building needing upgrades.  We rented a suite and was disappointed with cigarette smoke either from prior guest or coming in from vents.  The surrounding area had a lot to be desired located on the outskirts of town.  The decor of the room was straight out of the 70's and my son and I never felt comfortable.

Was a little concerned with the stale smoke like atmosphere upon entering the lobby, but the room itself was fine.  Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful.  Room was basically clean and comfortable.  Breakfast was nothing to get excited about.

Good enough for a one night stay

This property was a good deal for the price.  It was quiet, the non-smoking room was smoke-free and the breakfast and customer service were great.  The only thing about it was me questioning whether the plastic bathtub was clean, but in trying to clean it with some soap, I couldn't get any dirt off.  I think those tubs get to looking dirty after awhile.  They probably can't use strong cleaners on them?  Anyhow, it was a nice stay for the price.

Staff was okay, service could have been alot better. The hotel was nice enough, clean and organized. The hallways did smell like cigarettes, that was a bit of a turnoff. But the price was right so one can't complain too much.
