Between the two main roads in Sebastian you get a nice quiet street where you can sit outside and unwind, while at the same time being in easy walking distance from all there is to see and do in Sebastian. The rooms are spacious and clean and well appointed for a relaxing stay. They have a private pier where guests can fish, sip coffee while watching a sunrise, or watch dolphins chasing a meal. Kayaks and bicycles are available for guests to use too. There is a tiki deck with a gas grill for guests to use with a pretty koi pond next to it . The grounds are well kept. Staff: primarily it's the owner, Kyle, doing everything he can to make your stay enjoyable. He does it all: desk clerk, room cleaner, maintenance man and more.We stayed for 10 nights and the only bad thing was that our vacation was over and it was time to go back to the daily grind. While we were there, we were thoroughly relaxed, felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Davis House Inn will be our go-to vacation accommodations in Sebastian from now on. We love it there.
