Everything at this Courtyard exceeded expectations as I just left another Courtyard in Oklahoma City that was terrible. The Courtyard Kansas City was a short distance from the Convention Center so it was easy to walk to and from. Everyday I came back my room was clean! The room I was in was spacious and modern with plenty of space. This shares a building with the Residence Inn so you have two choices for breakfast. The restaurant was clean and all common areas were very pleasant. All the front desk staff were very kind and every night I came back there were cookies waiting at the front desk. I want to shout out Maddie who helped answer my questions prior to check in and coincidentally she checked me in when I got there and checked me out when I left. There was also a small issue I had (not the hotels fault) which the manager helped me with right away. Looking forward to my next stay when I’m back in Kansas.
