When checking in Jazzman & Brittany were very helpful. They were helping another guest but acknowledged us right away let us know they would be with us soon. We chatted a bit telling the ladies we were there for our nieces wedding, Universal Epic and to see the HGV property. Our room was great very clean and spacious. The hotel itself was very clean as well. The laundry room was a life savor for us. A few days later we saw Jazzman at the front desk again she remembered us from checking in and asked us how the wedding went and if we had fun at Universal. The hotel was well booked and she remembered us. That is great customer service. We also saw Brittany on another evening and she was happy to see us and chatted with us asking how everything went seeing the HGV property. Our stay was great. The hotel is located by so many restaurants, shopping and just a few miles from Disney & Universal. Highly recommend.
