Room could have been cleaned better. TV not working. Plenty of empty space could have used another chair or two.

So the owners/managers were super-nice. But know this is a motel with outside access to each room like a cheap motel so you have to keep your blinds fully shut if you don’t want people looking in and to block our bright streetlights just outside your window. And the floors looked clean but if you walked barefoot for even a few minutes the soles of your feet were dark brown from dirt!The room were large and comfortable but no hairdryers or extra blankets and only one hanger. Brewery at the front had a great breakfast-that the manager had 10% off coupons for. I’d just expect a cheaper price for a motel set up with no extra amenities.

You can tell the owners care about the property. The mirror is anti fog and has a light and they do a good job maintaining the exterior and the rooms. Mine had a nice desk area. The led lighting under the roof was a nice touch. Theres a brewery and srestaurant very close by.

Was looking for a nice spot with a jacuzzi and this spot was it I had a great time

I haven't stayed in a Motel in many many years, because of my memories of them not being nice places. Well, this place changed all that! This is a NICE MOTEL, and I highly recommend this place. Also, Raj at the front desk was very helpful and provided recommendations of where to eat. Great place, and excellent service! One more thing- I also enjoyed having a parking spot available just outside the room!

Excellent check-in experience due to staff. Room was large, clean, and comfortable. We missed checking out the brewery that was near by.

Stayed here many times.  Staff is very friendly and accommodating, and room is clean.  The area is safe and there is nice restaurant next door.

Large rooms but no frills & dirty floors

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable, but it did make a fun noise when I would roll over. Pillows were comfortable. Microwave, small fridge, tv, desk and chair. Wish there was a coffee maker. Room darkening honeycomb blind. Wish there was a sheer layer for light, but privacy since the rooms are on the ground floor. Guessing the rooms were renovated fairly recently. They have done a nice job making the rooms current and comfortable for a basic level motel. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great motel!

Rooms were newly renovated, very clean and up to date. Comfprtable bed, lhardwood floors, wireless and TV work fine! Close to lovely village, across the road from a historic landmark, some traffic but still the room was quiet. Brewery/restaurant right next door. No coffee/tea kettle in room or in lobby, but that's my only (minor) comment!

Was a nice stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Offered us an extra blanket at check in and because we were late arriving they agreed to give us a late checkout at check in. The room was just as pictured and everything was clean and modern. And you couldn’t beat the price, with a golf tournament going on in Newport hotels were either sold out or very expensive, so we were happy to find this affordable option. Plus there is a restaurant/brewery on site if your hungry.

Spacious and clean. Bed is very comfortable. However, there is a large window that everyone walking by can see inside your entire room. They should put one way film on glass.Also, room 111 has an electrical issue on ceiling light/fan in bathroom, occasionally will not turn on. Wanted to inform staff of issue but no one was in the office on the morning we left.

The staff member who checked me in was very kind and helpful. I would have given a higher score for the room but there were no blankets or comforters, just a sheet and a light bedspread. It was quite chilly. Turning on the heat would be wasteful as it's summer. An extra pillow would have been appreciated too, as there were three between two people. The room itself was also not well soundproofed and traffic noise from the road was quite noisy. Otherwise, the rooms are clean, the bed was very comfortable,and the shower was nice and hot!

The bed was so comfortable that I hardly turned over in the night. I'm a side sleeper so tossing and turning is a regular thing for me. But I slept through the night peacefully. The rest of the room itself was as I saw online and one favorite thing that I thought was cool was the mirror for the sink and the back light fixture.

The place is a small motel but it is newly renovated. The room is small but the way it is decorated is well thought of - modern & functional design. No smell in the room which means it is CLEAN to my liking!! The staff is friendly & accommodating. Will definitely be coming back here if I’m ever in the area.

I have stayed with you guys a few times your clean, fairly priced in a good locations for marine industry.
