Shout out to Carlos, Darryl, and Freddie the engineer (who quickly fixed our AC unit upon arrival). The staff of this hotel, combined with its perfect location, make it the best place to stay in FiDi. We really appreciated the morning coffee and the afternoon orange water dispenser! The room was immaculate, beds comfortable, and shower ideal. The three elevators are quick. The hotel is located in between South Street seaport and the Trade Center. We almost booked the Millenium and are so glad we chose Four Points instead as it was away from the most touristy area and felt like a home away from home. We will return, surely! Do not hesitate to book in this cozy place.
