The resort was very cool. Nostalgic of a 1960’s mountain lodge but the rooms and facilities were updated. The room was great. Very clean and recently remodeled. The private pond with paddle boats was fun for our teenagers along with the river that runs behind the pond. Check in was very slow though. It’s not an efficient process. The gift shop would be more profitable if they carried more fishing supplies for the pond. We had to go elsewhere to buy bait and weights.
