The room was very charming and inviting as well as nice and clean!

The couch in the sitting area of the room was comfortable enough I probably could have slept on it if I had wanted to. There were also plenty of pillows on the bed that were super comfortable as well.

What a pleasant surprise! The photos don't do it justice. It is right in the middle of town, so we did not take our car anywhere. We walked to everything (including the train to Pike's Peak which is $20 to park). The rooms have been updated and are super clean with comfy beds. Parking is right in front of your unit. There is no manager onsite, but they responded to us immediately when we had a concern. I would definitely stay again!

Fantastic motel near Manitou Incline. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Great in-room amenities with a recently renovated feel. Super friendly staff and easy, no contact check-in!

Just stayed 1 night. Comfortable stay.Property has been recently updated.Walking distance to all shops in manitou springs. Avoids parking traffic.We had some issues with the lock. The lock sometimes unlocks upwards. We will visit again.

Super friendly staff.  Safe area, next to fire and police stations.  Super close to shopping and food.  Would stay again and recommend to others!

Checking in was a pain, it was "paperless human less" just you and your laptop or phone trying to figure out how to get room number and passcodeRoom looked nice like it was just remodel. location is amazing, walking distance to everything. Large section of restaurants all with great menu's and i'm gluten free food everywhere. Would definitely, stay here again.

I’d stay here again. Location and price are great for a place to sleep before the incline. All communication was done through text. I don’t know if that’s just an offseason thing or not but it was just fine with me. Whoever answers the texts responded to my question at 8:30 pm just minutes after I asked. Nice place.

I stayed at a Pikes Peak Inn towards the end of September for three nights. I was in town to do the Manitou incline, this place was perfect location! It was less than a five minute walk to the shuttle that takes you to the incline, and one of the stops drops you off almost right in front of the hotel. The hotel is next to the fire/police department, I felt very safe.As far as the hotel and it’s staff, I could not have been happier. They do not staff the office all the time, but there is a phone number right on the door and you call that number when you get there and they tell you how to access your room. When I got there, the room was not quite ready, the manager showed up shortly after I was there and said she had to run and get some soap because she was out. She handed me a full size bar of ivory soap, for some reason we both laughed about this that day, and every time we saw each other for my three days later.It was easy walking to all the shops and restaurants/bars in to.I would highly recommend this hotel!Me and my son and some friends are already planning a trip back out to this area at the end of June. We are definitely staying here again, we will be getting three rooms at this hotel at that time. Looking forward to staying here again!!

The location of this property is perfect for exploring the area. Our soaking tub was much needed after hiking and exploring all day. The property is very outdated with no frills but everything functioned as it should and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Property is located right next to the fire company and police station for anyone who has concerns of it being “safe”. Area is quiet and close enough to walk just about anywhere. I plan on coming back again.

One of the most delightful places I have stayed in a long time. Nice rooms (certainly not upscale but neither is the price). Nice seats outside the door to each room and several great seating areas including several at the back of the parking lot on the river. There is a gas grill for guest use. Adequate free parking. 1 block walk into main downtown Manatu Springs. Nice continental breakfast (great coffee).

Our room was clean and tidy.  The building is old, but this is a historic place.  We were texted instructions on where our room was located and the code to open our door.  Just a block or two from the beginning of the sites in Manitou Springs makes for a great location.  The police station is next door.  We enjoyed our stay and had a suite where the kids had an adjoining queen off of the main room with a king.

My partner and I stayed in one of the King rooms with a Jacuzzi tub. I have to say, we were pleasantly surprised by our say. We’ve stayed in other hotels that offered far less for far more money. This little inn was cute and comfortable. The bed was comfy, but I recommend bringing your own pillows because they only give you two and they weren’t as full as I like my pillows to be. The little fireplace heater worked really well (it was a cold and snowy night) and it was really cute. The jacuzzi tub was awesome! Large enough for two people and we were able to turn the tv to it and watch a movie while we relaxed.The location was perfect to walk into town or hop the free bus up to the incline or cog rail way. We are were able to walk to Mona’s fondue restaurant which was so good! This cute little inn is now at the top of our list for places to stay. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired, but honestly, that’s all hotels/motels/inns these days. I would recommend a switch in cereal so that it was gluten-free (like Cheerios instead of Raisin Bran). Other than that, we loved our stay. I wish it had been for more than one night.

Worth every penny.

We picked this place for it's charm and proximity to Manitou Springs stores, restaurants and attractions. We had a comfy king sized bed in a very clean room. The shower was great and they were able to give us an early check-in. Following the suggestion from a previous reviewer, we picked up beignets from down the street and brought them back to our room for breakfast. The hotel ice machine was broken when we were there, and there were no facial tissue or back-up toilet paper in our room.

Lovely motor inn convenient to Manitou Springs

Older motel that could use updating. We stayed 3 nights, first 2 nights were in a jacuzzi suite that was very clean and comfortable, we decided to stay another night but had to swap room due to reservations, the room we got was older and the mattress was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was very small and the shower could be cleaned better. All in all it was a good place to stayand the staff is very nice and accommodating. The motel is within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
