Cassadaga Hotel

One of our girlfriends planned this weekend - we had so much fun staying at Hotel Cassadaga. We stayed in the adjoining rooms 26 and 25 (see pictures below). If you're looking for a modern hotel, this place IS NOT for you. Hotel Cassadaga was built in 1927 and has a Victorian decor (1800s). Beautiful unique furniture pieces throughout the hotel with a quaint little spiritual store on premise, a meditation booth, and a great restaurant. We checked in at the store. Their staff was sitting at a table still utilizing an index system to check you in. You will receive a room key and a key to the side door for after-hours. Our adjoining rooms shared a bathroom in the middle. Each of our bedrooms had its own pedestal sink and unique decor with carpet flooring. Old windows with white caulking. We ate most meals in the restaurant... such amazing food - the staff was also amazing and attentative. Dueling pianos on Friday night and Kareoke on Saturday night - it seems as though the entire town attends their Kareoke. We attended a Seance session on Friday afternoon with Kathy, a mini private tarrot card reading on Saturday afternoon, the historical Cassadaga tour, and the Evening Orb tour. Check out was a breezy *yes they want their keys back. " Their restaurant serves a Sunday brunch with $25 unlimited mimosas and Bloody Marys.
