Dawn 722 - Poolside Paradise

When we arrived at the property, there was a really strong odor almost like a moldy smell as soon as we opened the door. Nothing could really cover up the smell honestly. We just figured it was because it’s Galveston and we are right near the seawall? Idk. The swivel chair that’s in the living room was broken which you can’t tell from just looking at it. My husband, who just had hip replacement surgery, sat down in the chair and fell on the floor on the side of his hip replacement. Lastly, I had to kill a few roaches on the restroom and kitchen. The decor was pretty, cups and utensils were available, and the view of the pool was nice. However the window in the bedroom that faces the pool does NOT close all the way so we had to hear a lot of outside noise unfortunately. Maybe one of the other condos would have been a better experience for the price, but we made it work.
