Everything was great, except the shower the drainage was not the best it flooded the bathtub

I was happy to find a good price in the area and was happy with my stay even though it was for one night. Convenient to reach food places and stores…!

One of the most helpful front desk clerks I've had the pleasure to meet.

Nicole (front desk) is amazing she is very helpful and friendly. Made our stay easy. We had a small issue with the shower and she was on it, she got us taken care of right away. Every time we went outside or came in if she was at the desk she is smiling and nice with all customers that came in. I rea;;y appreciate everything she did for us.

Room was spotless, bed is very comfy, no noise, loved my stay.

Nicole from WoodSpring Suites did an excellent job of meeting my needs to house my employees.  She responded very well when I gave her challenging requirements.  I appreciate her ability to solve problems and meet challenges. Thank you Nicole!

I've resided here since July, and the Staff are phenomenal, they've treated me like family, with the utmost respect, kindness, and have accommodated my slightest whim.

They are true professionals, and exemplify what hospitality should resemble.

I would recommend this Extended stay to my worst enemy (as long as they don't embarrass me and offend my new ELP family).

The only challenge thus far has been the inconvenience of the location for basic living necessities, however, "I" chose to stay here (due to a former residency), thus it's no fault of theirs.  Have a car to get ANYTHING done (I'm disabled but they are so kind to make sure that I don't ever need anything within their power).

Love them and I am in absolutely no hurry to leave.

You would be remiss not to choose Woodsprings Suites.

The room was clean and comfortable.  The bathroom was very very clean. But the microwave had rust inside.  Wasn't going to use that microwave.  Why knows how long anyone has even tried cleaning it and didn't report the rust inside the microwave.  But the bed and bathroom were very very clean for sure.

I was stay in this hotel for 6 weeks with my wife.
All I can say it was wonderful, The room is very clean and fully equipped: Large refrigerator, microwave, electric stove cable tv desk and more.
The best part is the General Manager named Eddie Quesada, This guy is doing everything to make your stay perfect, Anything you need just ask,: Another chair? Another blanket? need even a tape measure? just ask Eddie.
I will come back again for my next trip to El Paso.

Great Place for long staying.

If it wasn't for the fact you have to sign a waiver saying you are not on the National Sex Offenders Registry or any other state database, I would say stay here.  But yes, you have to sign a form that says they can check.  So murderers, thieves and terrorists, you are welcome, sex offenders go away.  They will choose the type of criminal they will let stay here.  

Besides that, is is quiet, decent location, good amenities and two nice staff members.  The blonde female was extremely pleasant to deal with and the gentleman who shaves his head was also friendly.  There was a gentleman during the day, I was leaving and said "Good Morning" to him twice and he didn't even lift his head.  So don't waste your time with him.  The internet is free and it works very well.  There is also a one page list of things you cant do or they can ask you to leave.

This is the cleanest Value Place I have visited.  The staff and management are pretty attentive as well.  The only problem was sometimes they were overbooked via internet, so call for a reservation to make sure you get a room.  I would definitely recommend this place for an extended stay as it is centrally located.

Stay was good until last day had front desk and a guy in housekeeping knocking on the door at 9 am like they were the police just to ask if I was checking out?
