Last year we decided to stay for 3 days on week of Valentines. The staff was beyond hospitable. They give you a tour of the room and the premises. The customer service on the phone could use some work. However I didn't let the impression keep me from really seeing it in person. The face of the hotel that day was so nice. I still feel the type of hotel should have more professional uniform for the first or lasting impression. However they work very hard on the other parts of the premises. It shows. I don't know what these other reviews experienced because I have had great ones. The garden is so beautiful and filled with amenities that other inns don't usually supply. unless you are at a resort. if they had a pool i could only imagine the potential. Go stay there little peace in our little Dover, DE.
