One Superior Place Apartments

I had the pleasure of staying in a Manilow owned apartment at 1 West Superior street for a few months. My apartment on the 45th floor was very smartly furnished and provided every comfort to make it feel like a home away from home. The furniture, linens and kitchen and laundry facilities were all of the highest quality. The weekly cleaning service was one of the best I have experienced - everything was spotless. The building itself is quiet and well run. The neighbors were friendly and the building services (gym, library, cafe with free coffee in the mornings etc.) were all well maintained and furnished. The view from my apartment (4512) was breathtaking - and it was a pleasure to sit on the very comfortable sofa and just look out onto the city. The building is in an excellent location - above a Wholefoods which is accessible through the lobby. It is close to major shopping, dinning and entertainment venues in Chicago - everything is a short walk or cab ride away (more likely walk!) The Manilow team run everything with great warmth and efficiency. I was involved in an accident while in Chicago and the Manilow team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They were always quick to reply to emails, give advice, and arrange things so that I felt well cared for. This was my first time staying with Manilow, and I wouldn't even consider going with someone else - their service is hands down the best. A great big thanks to Miriam and the team.
