Have stayed at Peninsula properties mostly in Asia (HK, Bangkok, Beijing, Manila, Tokyo) and my first time at a US location. Frankly speaking, my stay was perfect. From the arrival experience at the front desk to the room to the breakfast service just worked exactly as it's supposed to at a five-star property. The room has very nice and comfortable furnishings. The bath has plenty of water pressure and good quality amenities. There an ipad for many control and it's easy to use and intuitive but wall control were also easy to understand (not always the case with hotel technology!) Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the taste was great. Little things like anticipating needs was noticeable and appreciated. The staff from the doorman, to the front desk to housekeeping were all professional and communicated in a clear manner and made you feel at home. Will be back 100%.
