Rooms are basic, but amazing clean. Love that. Had interaction with emplyee named Kyle. At least twice. Amazing employee. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very good impression.

Kyle at the front desk is amazing! Very friendly and personable. So go when Kyle is working he will take good care of you

This Motel 6 was conveniently located and quiet. There is a pizza place in the same building which is very handy for grabbing a bite when you get in for the night and is quite tasty. They are very pet friendly with an outside area for brief walks, and the staff was very kind to our pet. Everyone was very friendly and the room was spacious and clean. The floors were synthetic wood instead of carpet which was a nice surprise from a cleanliness perspective. Would use this motel again if in the area.

Though this motel building is older, it still looks contemporary and the grounds looked well kept and well lighted. Check-in was quick and the staff person was friendly, pleasant and efficient. The overnight room rate was very competitive and reasonable.
The room was recently updated in a contemporary style with new laminate flooring throughout, new furnishings and fixtures. The mattress was especially comfortable. Though the bedding seemed to lack a comforter or extra blanket available. One obvious deficiency was that only 2 pillows were provided. Making it difficult for us to sit up against the headboard to watch TV. The TV was a good size, and came with hundreds of regular channels and HBO. 
The room came with a microwave and refrigerator which was useful and thankfully the refrigerator was quiet when the compressor was on. The bathroom sink faucet had a water flow restrictor on it which was disappointing, adding a lot of time to fill the sink bowl, or to wash your hands or face quickly. Overall, the motel and room were pleasant and a very good value for the cost. But the one significant thing that prevented us from giving this motel 5 stars was the smell throughout the building hallways and room. It is difficult to describe. It didn’t smell like cleaning products or fragrances, but more like rotten food or garbage. It took some getting used to.

Convenient affordable accommodations

The only good thing about this place was the staff. The place needs an upgrade real bad. There are a bunch of people who just basically live there it's strange but it worked for what I needed which was sleep. Im only giving five start because Fernando was so pleasant and made sure I had extra linen and pillows, he was so nice.

Ok stay

When I first arrived there were cops on scene and anxiety in my veins. I thought, am I safe here? And then I met Fernando. He saw a hooded creeper lurking behind me through the halls and approached me to find out if I knew this lurker. Once he found out I didn’t, he escorted me to my room and made sure I was safe and sound. My phone died and my friend couldn’t find me. Panic set in. “Alexa, turn the panic up to 100%”.  Did the sex trafficker from the parking lot steal me? Did the lurker offer to show me puppies and drive off with me in his trunk? She wasn’t ready to kick fake friends out of my funeral so she called the motel and a man answered; “Motel 6, this is Fernando”. He calmly listened and said “Bri, I gotchu. Hold on!” He put his hero cape on and located me to confirm I was in fact, safe. A true Branford hero. 5 gold star stickers for you. 

As for the room, needs more pillows and feels like you’re living off the grid. Good water pressure in the shower. A wonderful minimalist experience at a bargain price.

Fernando at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly when my family and I found ourselves in need of a hotel late in the evening. He accommodated our needs quickly, checked us in efficiently, and made the process enjoyable. If you are looking for a no-frills, family-friendly, budget hotel- this is the place!

Friendly and welcoming staff- great value!

I stayed there for about 3 weeks while dealing with personal business. All the staff was very accommodating and professional. Anything you need they are willing to help. Pooja, in particular, went above and beyond. She always had a lovely smile on her face and helped me a great deal. I will be recommending this place to anyone who will listen.

If you are looking for resort quality accommodations, then this is not the place for you.  If you are looking for someplace to spend the night -- someplace that is clean, comfortable, and quiet at a reasonable rate -- this will serve you quite well.  It is not fancy, but good on what I consider the basics:  the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.  I would not hesitate to stay here again. 

Not Fancy - But Good!

I came to Motel 6 for business and I need to leave the next morning after a snow storm hit. I went to the front desk to see if they had a shovel I can borrow to shovel my car out so I can get to work. However, there was a maintenance guy named Kyle who was nice enough to clear a path to my car and make it so I could get out. Thank you Motel 6 and Motel 6 Maintenance.
