I chose the Quality Inn in Big Springs; conveniently located close to the hospital. Quality Inn's are what they are; decent accommodations fairly priced and this one did not disappoint. What made this hotel special to me were the Inn Keepers Beau & Brie Patel. It is hard for me to express my gratitude and appreciation to Beau, his wife and their staff. They demonstrated such kindness and support to a total stranger that I get emotional thinking about it. I witnessed their humanity with their staff and everyone I could see they came in contact with. It's as if I was supposed to be there for a reason. This was a stressful trip and even though the outcome was not good I left feeling fortunate about my encounter with The Patel's. I know they treat everyone the same and I'll never forget my experience in Big Springs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
