93 reviewsOur experience was very good at this beautiful B&B. Vicki is an attentive long time owner and hostess and no detail has escaped her attention. We stayed in the lovely and comfortable Jade room, which had everything we needed: great bed, ample storage space, night tables and reading lamps, private bathroom and shower. The view was a little obscured due to an outer canopy across the top of the windows and a huge nearby fir tree, but the light was still good and there is a fig tree out the window.. The windows open to a nice breeze. The home is air conditioned. The breakfasts were tailored to our dietary needs and were delicious. The service is very professionally handled and the entire home is clean and welcoming. There is a refrigerator on the back porch for guest use and a really nice garden with several reading and picnicking spaces. The walk to the theaters and Lithia Park is very close, about 4 or 5 blocks. . Parking is off street beside the inn. Best of all is the knowledge of Vicki and Greg regarding Ashland and its history, attractions, plays, restaurants, etc. Vicki will also make any reservations required. This was one of the easiest, restful and fun stays we've ever had in Ashland. We definitely hope to return to the Iris Inn!
