My husband and I visited Asheville for a festival. We absolutely loved the Pioneer building. Staying there felt like we had our own little condo. Very roomy with modern, clean furnishings, a balcony with rocking chairs which was great for the cool weather. It was fun to stay in an evening and cook at "home". We were walking distance from an organic grocery store. We had zero complaints and plan to visit again.
