Hello, My name is Karen Braithwaite-Yarn and my husband, Steven Yarn, my daughter and niece had a very pleasant stay at the Residence August 6-10, 2025. We came to organize and hold a Celebration of Life Family Gathering which was to be held at the Residence Inn on Saturday, August 9th. Ms. Yamilee Charles, Sales Coordinator, graciously accomodated our every need by adjusting our room reservation and food order as our event grew from 15-30 people! We so appreciated the candy that she had left for us in our rooms as we were exhausted having traveled from Maryland to New York that day. The day of the event, she came by to see that everything was in order even though it was her day off. Mr. Frank Rivera, Regional Director of Food & Beverage, was a blessing to us as adjustments were made to the room and the food order to further accommodate us! Prior to that, he took his jacket off, got on the floor, and personally worked on the sound sytem to make it work in tandem with the equipment my son in law bought to play music along with a video! Everyone had a wonderful time! Would we do this again? Sure we would - at Courtyard at Residence Inn! Thank you, so much! Karen Braithwaite-Yarn
