Absolutely lovely place. The location was excellent - very close to Times Square and centrally located for visiting all the top NYC landmarks. The service from front of house was fantastic. Always friendly, always helpful, always there, very patient. The apartment had a separate bedroom with 2 beds in it, plus a lounge with sofa bed, a small kitchen area and a bathroom. The rooms were super-clean, despite being a little dated. They were also very quiet considering how close we were to Times Square, we never had a noise issues. All kitchen appliances, TV, shower etc worked perfectly. Really great value for a city stay - not luxury - but by no means lacking any comfort. Thanks to all the staff, we’ll be back one day! 😃
