We had an excellent stay at the Ameritania. The hotel and our room were clean, well maintained and the hotel's location is absolutely perfect. Near theaters, restaurants and all the Christmas activities Manhattan has to offer. The hotel staff are wonderful. We arrived and were greeted by Shiham. She was so welcoming and gracious and set the tone for a great stay. The staff were all attentive and respectful and they responsded immediately to any request we made. Ex:, extra blanket, adjust the heat. Thank you, Jesse. House keeping kept our room very clean and replenished towels, toilet paper and tissues without us having to ask. Even bottles of water everyday! The beds were very comfortable. The lobby is pretty and there's coffee available in the lobby every morning and a wine happy hour every early evening. Our room was on the small side, but not cramped, we were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Great shower! Overall, we had an excellent time.
