After more than 5 years of not visiting NYC, my wife and I returned to the Fitzpatrick Grand Central and were welcomed back and greeted like old friends. The Front Desk staff was as friendly and accommodating as we remembered — always going above and beyond. Garfield, the concierge, immediately recognized my wife and me and warmly welcomed us back. As always, he continued to outdo himself. Anyone visiting NYC should absolutely consider a stay at the Fitzpatrick Grand Central — an oasis in the hustle and bustle of such an exciting and thriving city. Since our first stay approximately 20 years ago, we still feel as though we’re staying in the guest room of a friend. The rooms are super comfortable and always immaculate. The Fitzpatrick Grand Central is a first class boutique hotel that makes each guest feel special and welcome. We look forward to our next stay soon!!!
