Perfect stay! Hotel in a perfect location to visit York, parked easily, hotel very clean, tidy and room very comfortable! My only criticism, we had a bit of a wait to check in and then out. Staff apologised and were very friendly, but certainly seemed an issue as it didn’t feel a one off.
