I was completely pleased and satisfied with the room, the superb service provided by the Front Desk Team as well as with the delicious unlimited breakfast choices and delicious dinner options provided at their Thyme Restaurant!

Brilliant first stay. Very easy self check in. Great spacious room on the top floor with an amazingly comfy bed. Very quiet considering how busy it was. Tay the waiter on duty in the evening was so friendly, professional and courteous , he went out of his way to assist us with enquiries.  The breakfast staff were just as helpful and the full English breakfast was of great quality , especially the bacon and succulent sausages. cooked by obviously talented chefs. Moreover the array of cereals , pastries and drink selection were plentiful. Best Pain Au  Chocolat we've ever had - so fresh. 

Well team Premier Inn you were fabulous , and whatever they are paying you isn't enough!  We will definitely be back .

I stay in Premier Inn around 15/20 a month up and down the country, this is my first visit to this Premier Inn and I am simply amazed with the friendliness of Tobie who is the manager. We had an issue with our booking (our fault) and Tobie sorted this without judgement or hassle. Purpose of our stay was for my birthday that my partner had arranged for me and the team noticed this and once we had got into our room there was a knock on the door and a member of the team gave me a little note to say Happy Birthday with a bar of actually my favourite chocolate, such a wonderful touch. Thank you to Tobie and the Team. Fingers crossed in the future I’ll be able to stay again.

Very comfortable stay for five nights after Christmas. Great nights sleep in the comfortable bed in a well equipped Premier room with views over the cricket ground.
All the staff were polite and helpful but one member of staff in particular, Marzena, went the extra mile to make us feel welcome as valued guests. Thank you and well done!

I had a lovely stay at the Worcester Premier Inn. I chose to have the meal deal (evening meal & breakfast) the food was very good. The staff were professional and friendly. The room was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep.

My sister & I booked to eat in Thyme, the on-site restaurant. Although they were overwhelmed with bookings and (in our opinion) clearly understaffed, our service when we asked for assistance was excellent, our meal served by pleasant, polite and extremely efficient staff.  As we waited for our table we observed just how hard the team worked and how effectively they worked together.  We especially commend Tay and Ursula for their truly exemplary work ethic and attention to detail; the food was fresh and my steak (medium) cooked to perfection. Very many thanks.

Having bused this hotel for more than 10 years to go racing at Cheltenham, find it close enough for easy access but far away enough not to be overrun with race goers. Plenty of restaurants close at hand. Cricket club car park NHS’s been extended and now plenty of space. Already booked in for next year

We paid a very reasonable rate for a one night Sunday stay.  Location was perfect for the city centre and the bed was very comfy.  Can't fault the stay.  The parking was convenient and check in was quick and easy.

We stay often at Premier Inn hotels and our stay at this one was a very good experience .
We had a Premier Plus Room with all the expected facilities which overlooked the county cricket ground
We booked the normal breakfast which was up to the usual standard
The staff were very friendly and professional 
We would definitely recommend this hotel for its location and facilities

Great facilities! The room was clean and fresh and the bed was certainly super comfy! I had a wonderful nights sleep. 
Breakfast was good and the view from the restaurant was amazing!

Comfortable stay.

Are twin room was in the best possible position over looking the cricket ground to the back of the hotel away from the noisey traffic. Our stay was just for one night. Very comfortable and a great nights sleep .However I was disappointed that one of the chairs in the room was heavily stained also stains on carpet which is not the usual  standards of this hotel.

Cheltenham Festival

Premier Inns are always a good standard. The difference here was the attached Thyme restaurant. The food is the same in all of these eateries but here the staff were very attentive and the cook obviously cared about the food put on the plate. This is the first place I've had garnish and side salad provided with the meal, which sounds like a small deal but when you eat these meals regularly it makes a great difference. Thank you for caring about those of us that work away and depend on the meal deals instead of looking at us as second class citizens.

Excellent Premier Inn in a unique location

Had lovely trip to Worcester, seeing family and enjoying Worcester and the Piston Distillery.  Hotel is as expected from Premier Inn - clean, with good facilities. Great location, easy walk to shops and cathedral and close to river.  Room was comfortable with view of cricket ground.  On the down side sofa bed was very uncomfortable for my friend, a refurbishment/replacement clearly needed. Also had to go and request an additional hand towel, 2 bath towels provided 1 hand towel.  This has happened before at Premier, not good enough.

Short Break

Our room was clean and spacious with comfy bed. We had a beautiful view overlooking the cricket ground. All staff were helpful- there was a mix up that a guest travelling with us booked into our family room instead of the double room but the lady who booked us in offered to make up another bed in our room so that we didn’t need to swap. At breakfast there wasn’t much food left as it was quite late but staff asked what we wanted and cooked us more. Very pleased with the service we received
