They make it feel like you are at home. Nothing is too much trouble. We had the £70 taster menu - very very nice. They're not trying to be a Michelin star restaurant. They're trying to be a damn good restaurant without having to force themselves on a certain mission to get a star. I've been to loads of Michelin star restaurants and it often feels like its style of substance. Holbeck G is a good balance between high-end dining yet decent portions as well. Tom and his team care. They go the extra mile. They get to know your name, so when you come down to breakfast, they greet you by your name. They listen. Tom chats with the guests - I mean chats and has a conversation as opposed to some maître d' who doesn't give a flying 'F' about you. Top Hotel - Thank you Team HG
