You just can’t fault the Premier inn at Hanley. The facilities are superb for the price you pay. We upgraded and the small different was worth it. The ladies on reception were polite, friendly and helpful. It’s a pleasure staying here. We’re on New Years Eve, see you soon.

Hazel and team went above and beyond to ensure the room was welcoming for our 18yr old disabled son. The bday banner on the door was a special surprise and decorations and treats were very much appreciated. Thank you.
The restaurant was welcoming, good food and overall a good birthday weekend.

The staff at this Premier Inn were awesome. They couldn't have been any more helpful than they were. They did everything within their power to make our stay as enjoyable & stress-free as possible. Will definately come back again. 

A nice clean hotel with clean tidy rooms friendly staff although near main road it was nice to sleep peacefully at night I have booked previously and will book again will return before summer definitely  

We were booked to go to waterworld and even though we live nearby, part of our experience was to stay at Premeir inn. We always know it will be clean and an allergen friendly breakfast delicious . I’ve paid more to stay at hotels but the flexibility provided by premier inn and its value for money make it stand out 

Staff was friendly. Easy quick check in and out.
The security is excellent. 
The room was clean but not too much storage space for your clothes we stayed for 5 nights.
Only 4 hangers in the cupboard and no drawers. Other than that the bed was comfortable and the heating worked great. I will return. 

Amazing hotel. Wonderful staff and a real treat. My son and I stayed here to attend waterworld for his birthday. When the staff found out it was his birthday they organised chocolate and sweets in our room when we got back. Thoughtful and really sweet. Amazing and way beyond what I expected. Thank you premier inn Stoke !! 

Pros- Location was ideal close to restaurants/Tesco's and Hanley town centre. The breakfast was 5* food selection was impressive and tasty. Staff were incredibly friendly.
Room was clean and extremely comfy. 

Cons- One large towel provided for 3 person family (even though we could have requested more we would have liked more to begin with) 

This is our second time at this particular premiere inn and it is a well run, friendly, clean hotel. 
We have family dotted all over the country so use premier inns very often, sadly they do vary drastically but this is one of the good ones! 
Staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. The room was very clean and fresh smelling. My only gripe is the disabled parking! Despite having plenty at this hotel it is not policed and everyone parks in these spaces without a blue badge. This is a problem at all the premier inns we have stayed at and needs addressing but the company. 

We contacted the hotel to ask permission to park early do we could walk to water world. They agreed and on arrival was super easy we just had to put our car reg in the screen and say how many nights we was staying.
Walk time to water world about 15 mins
Town city centre about 15 mins walk. Everything is super close. So great location
Has loads of food places close. Burger King about 2 min walk, Brewers fare right near as well.
We went to the buffet pan Stoke which was about 20 min walk.
B and m right opposite just fab location.
Room clean. Only criticism our shower gel run out must have been close to empty.
Check out was easy.
We could hear next doors tv quite early on but got to expect it I guess. I'd definitely stay again.

Very pleasant stay

Friendly clean hotel

We came to Premier Inn hotel as a family trip. 
Over all it is a nice hotel. However, it doesnt have much facilities for children.
The room was big, enough for 2 adults and 2 children .The breakfast was delicious, but they have no hotel chocolate.
