A special mention must go to Nahid Yasin, the Restaurant and Guest Services Manager. His attention to detail and genuine warmth made our dining experience at the hotel’s restaurant exceptional. Nahid went above and beyond to ensure we had ideas of where to go and coupling those things together on each side of town. He also delivered a bottle of wine to our room! Hi professionalism and kindness made all the difference. The hotel itself offers a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The rooms are nice, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The restaurant serves exquisite dishes that highlight the best of British and international cuisine, and the overall ambiance of the dining area is warm and inviting. Whether you’re in London for business or leisure, St. Ermin’s offers the perfect combination of location, service, and comfort.
