Great BNB excellent host and was a great stay felt so cosy like home great views of sea would definitely come back to stay.

Lovely property with a great host. Room exceptionally clean with great views. Good choice for breakfast. Walkable distance to the harbour with nice views on the way. Adrian was a great host who couldn’t do enough and had it was a pleasure to stay at

We were welcomed by Adrian who couldn’t have been more helpful during our stay. Easy to find, plenty of parking, close to St Ives, perfectly clean, great brekky selection what more do you need? We loved our one night stay and had the very back room which has a slight sea view. Bed was quite firm but comfy. We loved it. Thanks

We were greeted with a lovely warm welcome, and showed to our room which was spotlessly clean, if rather small, but perfectly good for a one night stay. Decor/furnishings/breakfast room really nicely done.There was lots of choice for breakfast (vegan options well stocked), however the was no 'full English'. Parking was road-side round the corner, but still within 50 metres.

We enjoyed our stay at Green Apple. Love the place decor, very comfortable, clean and the host was so nice and friendly. Also the breakfast was lovely. Best thing also is  there's free parking.

This is the second time I've stayed at this lovely B&B.  On this occasion we stayed in the family room on the ground floor.  The room came with a decent sized-table & chairs where we could choose to have breakfast and it also had access to the garden which was nice.  The room was comfortable and quiet, the shower was hot and the towels very big and fluffy.  We had a restful night sleep.  Tea, coffee and biscuits were available in the room.  WIFI very good. 
Breakfast was plentiful and varied - continental style.  I love the breakfast room - light, airy, sea view and wonderfully decorated with inspirational quotes and signs.  The quirky teapots are fun. 
Free parking on site and off-road. 
Lovely central location - a short walk to convenience shops, a pharmacy, restaurants and a 10/15mins walk to Carbis Bay beach.  Train station close by. 
Adrian is super friendly, welcoming and is a great host! Highly recommend.

Adrian the owner was very friendly, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Very clean and well presented. Breakfast was a very good selection. A well situated b &b. I would recommend this place and will certainly be going back.

Little gem with friendly host

Great B&B in a lovely location, highly recommend!

A very beautiful and clean place. We went there spontaneously without any planning. We are very satisfied and will definitely go there again. Cozy and welcoming. Lovely rooms. We felt like at home. Wonderful breakfast, especially the coffee - I will add, the tastiest I've ever had.! We highly recommend it.

An amazing experience!

Absolutely loved our stay in St Ives. Green Apple b&b exceeded all expectations and we will definitely be back. Adrian is a truly wonderful host who made us feel comfortable at all times and nothing was too much trouble. He was always available when we needed him and extremely pleasant to talk to. He is very clued up about the area, this helped us a lot. We also aren't the type of family who would normally eat continental breakfast as we prefer a full english, but it was so lovely! Everything was so fresh and tasty and there was a lot of choice! The kitchen area was very pretty and quirky, and our room was lovely and had a beautiful view of the sea, our beds were extremely comfortable. Nothing to complain about! Thank you!! :)

Lovely clean room, plenty of space for our clothes for a 5 day stay. Fab view out to sea. Recently refurbed bathroom. Plenty of choice for breakfast, Adrian even got in extra stuff for me as I'm gluten free, and generally couldn't do enough for us. Very handy for buses and little supermarket only a few doors away.

Great B&B

What a lovely b&b. The host is really great.gives alot of information and is very welcoming. Bed was lovely and comfy and rooms nice and clean. Breakfast is quite alot of choice aswell. Would definitely stay here again close to chip shop and a lovely tapas place. If you want to eat out definitely book a table.

Lovely stay

We stayed in the ground floor 3-bed room which was bright and comfortable.  the room had it's own exit to the small garden. Bathroom smallish but clean and updated with shower. The room had a good sized table and chairs if you wanted to have a meal there.
Host Adrian was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental style with lots of choices of bread/waffles/pancakes/crumpet, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, youghurts, cereals etc. 
Location was perfect - 6 minutes with bus into St Ives and 3 diferent buses on the road right outside. We did not have a car but parking was also available close to the B&B. Safe and calm residential area with 2-3 restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. A big Tesco about 10 minutes walk was handy too.

Lovely stay, friendly and helpful host

We stayed in this lovely b&b for 4 nights at short notice. Adrian was so kind and accommodating, finding a room for us on the very day!
The room was great, perfect views, soft cosy bed and a nice bathroom with powerful shower perfect for washing off all that sand! The breakfast buffet is perfect being mostly vegetarian /vegan to cover all bases. Alpro yogurts and milk, tea, coffee, juice, cereals, toast with all spreads, fruit and pastries all set you up for a day of discovering the beautiful surroundings.
Couldn't have asked for more from a bed and breakfast. 
I would stay here again without a doubt! 

Warm welcome and lovely hosts

The B&B is run by two brothers who were very friendly and welcoming.The decor is very good and particulary liked the various quotes situated on the walls to the dining area. Our room had great views of the sea with an en-suite shower. However, it was a bit tight to get into along the bed (windowside). Breakfast is continental which was good, however, option for poached eggs, scrambled eggs would have been a preference if offered.Overall we had a nice stay there and it offered good value for money.
