Best bed ever, I slept in and they have everything you need in a hotel 
The restaurant next door has BRILLIANT food . The man who served us was the most kind and polite.

We stayed as a group in the Premiere Inn at Rugeley.  It was a lovely stay with a very comfy bed and modern bathroom.  It looked very well maintained compared to other Premiere Inns.  The lady Tracey on reception was very kind helpful.  Would definately stay again.

We stayed here for one night in a family room. This was great as for our family, bunk beds cannot work so this set up of the double (possibly king?) bed and two single beds worked great. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and had everything we needed. For the price we paid you cannot go wrong. There is a Table Table restaurant on the same property and a McDonald's across the road. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we were in the atea

Lovely upgraded premier inn rooms and very spacious. The hotel also has lots of parking which is free. 

The hotel was easy to find and nice that there’s a McDonald’s next door if you don’t want to eat at the restaurant.

Staff were also super friendly.

Lovely little stay last week as a convenient stop over. We arrived in the evening and were greeted by a super friendly and helpful receptionist (who I think was called Angela?) who made us feel welcome and gave us an excellent recommendation on where to go for dinner. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good with a suitable selection. Would be happy to stop here again! 

All members of staff were very helpful friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and tidy. Good shower and excellent soaps in the bathroom. Comfy bed extra pillows available if required. Restaurant next door and other food outlets nearby. 

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst visiting family nearby. 
We booked three adjoining rooms mainly because we had stayed here quite a few times previously the most recent being in April this year when I stayed for a week. It’s always good value, very friendly, clean and a great location. However this time it had recently undergone a substantial refurbishment which was unexpected but very welcome 
The upgraded bathroom especially is great with the spacious shower with both a hand held shower head as well as a rain fall shower head 
The bed is as comfortable as ever and the upgraded tv with so many extra channels was extremely welcome. 

Overall a very good visit the highlight as always being the really great staff who even allowed us to store our luggage for several hours on the day we checked out making it possible to drop family to Heathrow before we continued out holiday

As always this hotel and the team are friendly and helpful offering a warm welcome especially over the festive season.  The refurbished rooms are lovely especially the plentiful sockets which these days is a helpful addition 

Terrific stay once again at this hotel - very good value for a clean room and a comfortable bed for the night. Great service from Samantha on the Reception desk - she's certainly a real asset to the hotel. 

A fantastic place to stay, staff were exceedingly friendly and made you feel welcome.  Breakfast and evening meals were lovely, and excellent value when buying the meal deal.  We were very pleased that there were two chairs in the bedroom, as usually one of us has to sit on the bed.

The rooms are clean and comfortable.  The staff are very friendly,  efficient and helpful.  Nothing is too much trouble.  I have stayed here several times in the last year and every time have been well looked after. 
I would happily recommend anyone to stay here.
I don't know everyone 's name but Samantha was particularly caring and welcoming but then everyone is!!

The Premier Inn, Rugeley is not in a beautiful location but it's convenient for the town and an easy journey to Lichfield or the Chase. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable and the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. For a good price you have somewhere to use as a base that's in easy reach of fabulous countryside on the Chase or historical tourism and good shopping in Lichfield.
