Rachel and Chris are the loveliest people and made our stay feel special. My children absolutely love it here and we genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else. I had THE best sleep on the new memory foam mattress and they have big plans for the place which we cannot wait for. I would recommend staying here to everyone as I won’t be staying anywhere else

I was in Room 1 and loved it.  One of the best Single Rooms that I have ever stayed in and it had the biggest TV in the Hotel!  The Room has a lovely, cosy layout and is not bland, as often is the case with Single Rooms.  There was an unusual bonus of having a Fridge in the Room as well.  The Hotel in general is of a high standard and very clean.  Rachael and Chris, the owners, were amicable and helpful throughout my stay.  Blackpool, in general, is quite “magical” and very unique.  I will definitely return to this Hotel in the future.  D A Thornton.

Great Location......50 metres walk to south shore prom and tram stop. It's a well run hotel, very clean and rooms are spacious with good en suite shower/toilet etc. 

TV's/fridges etc are modern and there's excellent WiFi throughout. An added bonus is that they have a lovely communal area with nice seating/tables and a big window if you just want to chill out with a drink and watch the world go by.

Management are friendly and helpful so you can't go wrong here.....great value for money.

Stayed here half term week after being let down on accommodation at last minute, Rachel and Chris provided accommodation at very short notice for myself and two young grandchildren and all I can say is our stay at their hotel was exceptional. The room that we were given was spotless, comfortable,had a smart TV, well stocked with tea coffee etc and even had a fridge. I would fully recommend it to anyone wanting an enjoyable stay in Blackpool and will definitely be visiting again.

This hotel is the best we have stayed in at Blackpool over the 30 years we have been going. The room including en-suite was modern, clean and fresh and very comfortable. We were particularly impressed with additional touches in the room such as a mini fridge and flat-screen smart TV, all of which added to the experience of our stay. Great bar area with pool table and arcade games for guests to enjoy when not out and about. The owners Rachel and Chris were friendly, helpful and very informative about places to dine and other events in the town. The hotel itself is ideally placed and within a stones throw of the South Pier, Sandcastle, Pleasure Beach and Wetherspoons. We will definitely be trying to book back in on our next visit.

We stayed for switch on weekend, very clean and tidy, comfortable beds. The hosts were attentive and friendly which goes a long way.
A few minutes walk from the prom, Pleasure Beach, and Auntie T's Spice Shak.....could smell the Jerk from around the corner 😋😊

Just returned from a 2 night stay over the bank holiday weekend. Really lovely lady who owns it and very welcoming. Perfect location over the road from south pier. Rooms are spotless and a good size for our family and parking behind the property. No fighting for a spot!! We will be definitely returning. Thank you Rachael and Maydene 

Excellent hotel, fantastic location, absolutely immaculate (first thing i look at) And this hotel and the room was spotless. The owners are absolutely lovely, i travelled with my husband and 2 year old son and they were brilliant with him, really friendly.  I would definitely reccomend! We will 100% be back wouldnt book anywhere else in blackpool now after staying here. Great price too.

We have just got home after a lovely weekend. The new owners Rachel and Chris, fantastic hosts. We had breakfast as well, set us up for the day. Our room was lovely and very clean. We will be going back but next time with the grandchildren.

Excellent hotel and location

We stayed here for the weekend with the kids and found the location to be spot on for the Sandcastle, prom and Pleasure Beach. Dave was really helpful and friendly and made sure there was a parking space waiting for us even though the road was very busy. The room was warm, the beds were comfy and we got a lovely peaceful night's sleep.

Brilliant location

We booked this guesthouse after searching through loads of different reviews of places available this was a good one.
Dave the guesthouse owner was very welcoming and had very good communication. Had a text message early morning asking for a time of arrival and if we needed parking which we did. Once we arrived dave had saved us a free parking space the opposite side of the road to the hotel, which we left our car there until 4pm the following day. The guesthouse very convenient for the south pier which has loads of things to do for adults and children alike and is also close to a tram stop. 
Our room was the street front and very comfortable. Will book again

Happy

Me, my partner and 2 kids stay here for 4 nights and was happily satisfied, alot of brew material in the room, beds were comfy and the host Dave was so kind and whatever we needed he was happy to help, 
Free pool table downstairs which was nice to have a night of not walking around so could go downstairs put a rustlers in microwave and have a few game.
Will definitely be back
