It was the last minute booking provided by hotels. It just took a few hours to find out if the booking was legit and went through. I received a text with code to get my key and then I was relieved. The supervisor agent was extra cautious as he said I should’ve got an additional email and we both tried to phone the venue with no answer multiple times.
