Great stay, lovely people in charge and a great breakfast to send us on our way.

I stayed as I was at a rock concert in Lytham Stay was excellent comfortable and warm Cooked me what asked for for breakfast (just wanted fried eggs on toast) was presented lovely and was really hot

Had a lovely wkend stay with my partner and 2 young children, room was nice and luscious and clean, the 2 lady owners made us feel very welcome the breakfast was spot on couldn’t fault the place, nice quiet location will definitely return

I always love my time here as a solo female, so friendly and Lynda and Petra work so hard to make you feel one of the family. I do not hesitate to recommend this as a relaxing stay.

The hosts are very friendly and polite, The place is very clean and tidy good decent breakfast.

We were welcomed  by two lovely ladies who greeted us and told us where our room was.It was clean and modern with en suite shower.We were going to watch Sunderland at Blackpool i asked which bus to get to the ground they said they could ring me a taxi which i agreed.We went to see the legends they 80s tribute singers at central pier on the  nightime which was excellent, last 4 hours.Next day we had our breakfasts we had orange juice then cereal then  cooked breakfast  which was delicious. I would advice parking to the right of Gynway.We will definitely be back .

Had a lovely weekend great hosts great breakfast lovely and clean, dog friendly only a 10 min walk to all the bars and entertainment but further enough away to be nice an quiet highly recommended will definitely be staying again Paul

Pleasure to stay at The Gynway, very clean, comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast with great choice. Lynda and Petra were the perfect hosts. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. Pet friendly. Plenty of parking in area Xx

Overnight stay after football match

I'm so glad I chose this Guest House to stay at, after reading some awful reviews about other places (Always do your research first. For example l, I went to the Blackpool Tower Circus yesterday, had a fantastic couple of hours there and during the interval got chatting to a couple in front of me and they didn't realise that the Circus ring is directly centred under the Tower itself. The four feet of the tower are around you. I only found this out by doing a bit of research Googling it. The Circus is amazing and for under £18.00 is good value for money these days. I also saw a good play at the Grand Theatre nearby too for the same price. There are also 4 Wetherspoon's pubs nearby selling good food and drink for sensible prices. Watch out for the Managers Specials - Some Real Ale for £1.49 and some meals half price, that sort of thing).At the Gynway Guest House you can't go wrong and you'll get a lovely breakfast on the morning, with cornflakes and other cereals, orange juice, and also a Full English with toast and jams, perfectly cooked fried bread, egg, sausage, bacon, and a choice of plumb tomatoes or mushrooms, a vegetarian option is there too. Tea and coffee. Fill your boots!The two ladies who own the business and have been there for 20+ years will look after you, big time, trust me.For the money, I was well impressed, especially when I'm loving on a budget.Well done ladies. I'm so glad I picked this Guest House in Blackpool

My trip was to visit family and after looking at all the reviews I decided with this option.I was so happy with my stay from start to finish. Wonderful comfortable and relaxing accommodation with very attentive customer service from the owners.The breakfast was really nice and just the right amount to start the day off.

Comfortable amazing value accommodation.

We arrived slightly later than planned, however the ladies (owners) were waiting to greet us. A lovely homely feel and the ladies are fantastic, have great information about the best places to visit. We stayed in room 6 top floor with twin beds, en suite shower, WiFi was no issue for us, there are two options to connect, you just need to connect to the right one. Toilet just down one set of stairs, I found it to be quiet apart from the odd boy racer! Depending on your level of fitness, just a short walk to the North shore end of town. Breakfast, choice of cereals, or English breakfast, choice of toast with beans, eggs etc. vegetarian options, but no vegan if that’s you. I’m already planning another trip with family for next month, this trip was just for a couple nights away for a gig.

Great guest house, homely feel.

This was an excellent option for the price compared to others in the area. The room was simple but clean and decorated to a modern standard. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, although the 9am start time for breakfast may not suit some people.The only issue I had was trying to maintain a steady temperature for the water in the shower, which ranged from just about warm enough to absolutely freezing! There was probably a knack to it.The B&B is located close to a tram stop and has free street parking outside, so works well as a cheap base for heading down the promenade.For a one night stay this was about as good as you'll get for the price, and I would consider staying again if I needed somewhere in Blackpool.

Family room with bunk beds and a double was great. Hotel very traditional as is the style but all really well kept. Owners very friendly and helpful. Can’t comment on breakfast as we left too early for it, I suppose 9am is fairly typical for a B&B style property but for us it was too late to wait… it’s about a 15-20 min walk to centre of the prom or 2 stops on the tram - overall a very good one night stay.

A nice friendly couple (ladies) and a good sized room, which was spotless and comfortable. No wardrobe, but all the hooks did the job. I had to get my own Vegan stuff for breakfast, but at least they still offer one, as many don't now. I got to share this with a Vegan couple from Finland, who were also there for the Rebellion Punk festival. One of the other guests was a bit confusing; one day a man, the next day dressed as a woman! 😄 (They knew their music though!) All-in-all, a relaxed, spotless, warm and friendly place to stay.
