Had an excellent night staff was very helpful and friendly room was lovely we had the premier plus room the only down side to it was the air con wasn't working properly very warm to say it was set at 30 all great experience will definitely try again.

Pleasantly surprised. The room had good air con & a comfy bed. Hotel staff were friendly & the breakfast was excellent. 

Quick and easy check in, comfy bed and quiet room. Perfect for our over night stay to celebrate our son’s graduation. For a hotel in the city centre it was quiet and reasonably priced. Elena’s Patisserie opposite is great for breakfast! 

Location of the hotel is very good, only a small walk down the road to the sports bars. It was a stag do weekend and we did forget to book twins, receptions managed to sort that out for us we really appreciate that. Girls called Kiren safia suroone. Thanks for the beds. Breakfast in the morning we didn’t book but did walk in, very busy but our fault for not booking, Alex sorted us with a table. Thanks alex. Carpark discount is good just register your vehicle before

Great hotel right in the centre of town & around the corner from Nottingham Playhouse.  Nice breakfasts & meal in the Bar+Block restaurant attached to the hotel. The staff were very friendly & efficient, especially Shanaya, who very kindly checked me in early & waived the early check in fee. Would definitely stay here again.

The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. No weird smells from air fresheners or anything unpleasant. 
Our Premier Plus room was clean, including the refrigerator. Breakfast was great and worth the cost. Staff were wonderful pleasant people. 

Great location right in the city centre, superb staff, saff and kiren on sunday check in the were brilliant, rooms were on the smaller side, but clean and did the job, didn’t eat in the restaurant but smelt good 

The room was a little dusty other than that everything was fine the night staff members lee and Shane were really helpful and nice would definitely stay again if ever in town close to the city centre 

Check took a long time, although it was friendly.  Rooms are great, and this location is a very convenient location.  One lift out of action, and the automatic check ins were out of action, which was quite frustrating as we were in a hurry and nothing was happening quickly !

Booked this Premier Inn at short notice at a reasonable price as they go. Long gone are the £29.99 a room days. The location is excellent, right in the middle of it all, room was decent, very comfortable and clean. The parking deal they have is very good. Although it is a small car park, managed to find one of the few spaces left and took advantage of a good discount. 
Would definitely book again.
