Warm welcome and a really comfy room. The big breakfast in the morning was fantastic with lots of little extras to go alongside the full english. The house was beautifully decorated with attention to detail throughout e.g. nice biscuits provided with the tea in the room on arrival! I was staying for business but genuinely felt like I was on holiday! Highly recommended to anyone staying in the area

A weekend stay meeting friends. I would recommend this B & B to anyone visiting the area. Our hosts Patrick and Michael were impeccable, full of local knowledge and advise. Rooms were very comfortable and well decorated. Breakfast was cooked to order and piping hot.

Staying at Deeley House was an absolute pleasure. The rooms are impeccably decorated and very comfortable. Hosts, Patrick and Michael were very helpful and friendly and welcomed us warmly into their home. The choice at breakfast was very good and food was excellent. Chatsworth House is only a 5 minute drive and definitely worth a visit. Patrick supplied discounted tickets. Would thoroughly recommend that you stay here.

Just had a couple of days staying at Deeley House. Can highly recommend it. Attention to detail is at the fore front of establishment run by Michael and Paddy. Rooms just been upgraded and good value for money. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast is first class and nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you

There is nothing that has been overlooked at this very comfortable and welcoming B&B — there were even ear plugs next to the bed, just in case we needed them (which we didn’t!). Michael & Paddy went the extra distance, providing us with plates, cutlery and wine glasses so that we could eat our own food in the dining room, and even went out to buy soy milk when I enquired as to whether they had any. We would definitely stay here again, if we ever return to the Peak District. 

A delightful place to stay. There is nothing that could be faulted. The breakfast was as good as one could hope for, the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet despite the house being adjacent to the A6. We felt very relaxed there. I thoroughly recommend Deeley House and look forward to staying again as there is so much to see in the area. Michael and Patrick were the perfect hosts

Had a wonderful two day break at Deeley House B&B. Michael and Paddy were amazing hosts, nothing was too much trouble.Michael cooked a lovely breakfast, I'd say the best I've had at a B&B. The house is beautiful with every attention to detail to keep it looking so good. I can't thank them enough for making our stay so wonderful. Paddy pointed us in the right direction for walks, places to visit etc and dining out, even offering to take us. The bed was so comfy we slept like babies, everywhere was spotless. We felt right at home and would recommend this wonderful place to anyone. I would like to wish Michael a very happy 40th birthday ( even though he doesn't look it ) Thanks again for everything. You both deserve all the 5 star reviews you get. Well done.

This b&b is an absolute dream,just come back from a 2night stay with my friend ,nothing was too much trouble,the house is stunning,so clean,fantastic owners in Michael and paddy ,we had a great weekend ,the breakfast was absolutely brilliant,what a gem will definitely be going back.

This place is a little gem. Lovely house, gorgeous decoration and attention to detail. Fabulous breakfast and excellent value for money. The owners Michael and Paddy are so lovely. My friend and I stayed here for a weekend as it was close to Chatsworth and other places of interest.
We were immediately made welcome by our hosts. The whole house was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. 
Breakfast was delicious and with a lovely choice of cooked dishes, including vegetarian and vegan options. 
The bed I had was really comfortable.
As I said, I can't fault it.
