Great location..easy short walk to centre..carpark £5 a day 2 minutes walk away. Jo is a great host .. excellant breakfast with vegetarian and vegan choices. Very clean throughout with excellant covid measures in place. Comfortable bed..we had the super king room. Jo recommends restaurants ( The Oak Room is a must) and walks ( National Trust circle walk from Lynmouth, Watersmeet, Countisbury and back is worth doing as it the short walk up to Hollerday Hill with great views over Valley of the Rocks)
