Friendly host who wanted ensure we had a good stay. Rooms very clean and bed very comfortable. Parking a bonus. 2 minute walk to Lynton, close to walk along coast to Valley of the Rocks. Ideally located. Breakfast set us up for the day. Hope to return soon
