Novotel London Wembley 

We stayed at the Novotel for 3 nights at the end of November in one of the family suites. We also travelled with another family member who had a separate room. From start to finish the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very clean (barring a few iron marks on the sheets) and the facilities in the suite were brilliant. We paid for breakfast everyday which was £15 per adult (children under 16 were free) and we thought this was fantastic value. There was plenty to choose from and we had no complaints. One evening we also had a meal in the hotel and the food was excellent (far better than we expected!). We realised afterwards that we had been overcharged and the manager didn't hesitate to compensate us for the mistake. The lobby/bar area has a lovely atmosphere (especially with the gorgeous Christmas tree) and is very nice to sit in for an evening drink. My only complaint was that they don't do non-alcoholic cocktails at the bar which was a shame. All of the staff we interacted with throughout our stay were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. We didn't hear any noise from other guests or from outside of the hotel whilst we were there. Location-wise it's perfectly positioned close to Wembley stadium and arena. It's also just a couple of minutes away from the tube station and there are other amenities nearby. We came back from a show one evening and thought it was a really nice touch that they had security guards at the entrance to the hotel checking that you were a guest before you were allowed in. We would absolutely stay at the Novotel London Wembley should we visit London again in the future. 10/10 from us - thank you!
