Absolutely wonderful stay in a family room in June, our first trip to London and our 3rd accommodation in town. Beautiful hotel in a great central location. Less than 5 minute walk to both the Charing Cross and Embankment stations, and to the Jubilee bridge to the London Eye area across the river. 15 min walk to West End/Chinatown. good sized room for the 4 of us. Get to the Thermal floor!! The pool, sauna, aromatherapy steam room, and relaxation lounge are awesome! Also awesome is the breakfast. Our room package included breakfast (with choice of either buffet or menu entree), the upscale buffet had a great variety for our picky eaters. We admittedly took some back to our room for 1 of the kids who ended up getting sick and staying in the room for 2 days, eating only bits of breakfast rolls and breads. We had high tea, which was a fancy new experience for us- our friends said it was much better than several others they had tried around the city. And the staff was extremely helpful. Our Uber said we had too much luggage and couldn’t take us to the airport at 4 am, so the doorman ran outside and flagged us a taxi immediately. We got stamps from the concierge, as well as a doctor recommendation for our sick kid. Would love to stay here again!
