Fantastic hotel for a night in London. The room was very nice, the breakfast excellent and the quality of service is exceptional. I phoned before for advice about local restaurants and Ali spent 20 minutes researching before coming back to me with an extensive list of suggestions. Everyone there is friendly and professional, and seems to genuinely care about the experience you are having. The value for money is unbelievable and we will definitely be back.
