We had an amazing stay at the landmark, somewhere we’ve always wanted to visit and so glad we did. This hotel is exceptional and the service is beyond that. A special mention to Rommel, his knowledge of the drinks available was exceptional, it was so nice to be able to sit at the bar with my partner and chat to him. Landmark hotel London you have an incredible employee, nothing was too much for him and we thoroughly enjoyed speaking with him. We’ve stayed in most luxury hotels in the London and this has by far been our favourite thanks to Rommel. We will absolutely be back soon to laugh and have a chat with our favourite barman.
